Policies That Support Quality Pet Care
At Pound Ridge Veterinary Center, we’ve implemented hospital policies to ensure our patients receive high-quality veterinary care, our clients have a great experience, and our hospital team is supported. We appreciate your cooperation!
Our Payment Policy
In order to provide each of our clients and their pets with the cutting-edge technology and highly educated and professional veterinary doctors that we employ, we must insist that all payments are made in full at the time of appointment.
We accept the following payment methods: cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and CareCredit®.
If you would like to receive an estimate prior to your visit, please speak to one of our receptionists. The provided estimate may not reflect final cost once the doctor has seen your pet; however, we will never perform additional services before discussing our recommendations with you first.
Pet insurance is becoming increasingly popular among pet owners and there are numerous companies offering a variety of plans. If you are interested, we recommend our clients to do their own research to select a policy that is right for them and their pet. Our staff members can provide information at your request.
